This course incorporates a series of strength, conditioning and mobility exercises focused on improving hip strength, overall ranges of motion and core stability. The course will also include individual movement assessments with accompanying corrective exercises to ensure folks get the most out of the program. The goal of this program is not only get you stronger and moving better, but also provide you with the tools necessary to help you help yourself overcome and/or reduce the risk for injury, build functional strength and understand how core and hip strength influence movement mechanics.
