This is an 8 week course designed for women over 40. All the fitness ads and promises of "weight loss" and "toned muscles" are tiring. I've been in this business a long time and I promise you, these "promises" are always too good to be true. True health and wellness is not fast or easy, it takes consistency, smart training and and understanding of how are hormones impact how we need to adjust our training and nutrition. It also takes a lot of patience and acceptance of where you are right now.
We will focus on improving strength, balance and athleticism, as well as, cover in-depth nutrition and lifestyle information. You'll have access to all I've learned (and will continue to learn) over the past 15 years of being in this industry. This course will meet 3 times per week, 1 hour per session.
