10 Week Speed & Strength Program

This program is for high school athletes and will focus on speed & strength development over the course of 10 weeks. Testing will be done during the program to evaluate speed, agility, explosiveness, and power through a variety of standardized tests in order to measure the participating athletes progress. These tests will include the vertical jump, broad jump, shuttle run, 40y dash, and strength numbers via the big lifts. The group will meet 4 times per week and each session will last 1 hour long. The class will be limited to the first 10 high school athletes who sign up. This course has a minimum age requirement of 14 years old.
