Olympic Lifting Seminar with USAW Coach Brittany Rucker (Day 1 only)

Saturday 4/20/24 and Sunday 4/21/24 we will be hosting a workshop/seminar for anybody in the NorCal area that wants to learn from one of USAW’s top coaches Brittany Rucker (@slimthick64)

This purchase is for Day 1 only (Saturday 4/20/24). This day will be a more hands on approach, where we cover the lifts and then break into practice.
