Saturday 4/20/24 and Sunday 4/21/24 we will be hosting a workshop/seminar for anybody in the NorCal area that wants to learn from one of USAW’s top coaches Brittany Rucker (@slimthick64)
Saturday will be a more hands on approach, where we cover the lifts then break into practice.
