Thursday Evening Meet & Greet
Friday - all day hands on with Sarah & Dr. Brooke (exact schedule TBA)
Friday night - Inner Circle Only Private Dinner
Saturday - all day hands on with Sarah & Dr. Brooke (exact schedule TBA)
Saturday night - group dinner
Sunday morning - Wrap up and Brunch
Located in Chico, CA at JS Strength & Conditioning this 3 1/2 day retreat will be an intimate hands on "workshop" with Sarah and Dr. Brooke. You'll be able to workout and hone technique and mobility issues with Sarah and John, have Brooke go over your labs with you, cook with Sarah, enjoy guided meditations, hike in beautiful Upper Bidwell Park, and be part of in depth discussions on all things that pertain to women's health, our 5 Pillars and 5 Habits, and of course in person guidance and coaching from us!!!
