10 Week (3 days per week) Male Athlete Training Program

This program is for high school athletes and will focus on speed & strength development over the course of 10 weeks. Testing will be done during the program to evaluate speed, agility, explosiveness, and power through a variety of standardized tests in order to measure the participating athletes progress. The group will meet 3 times per week and each session will last 1 hour long. The class will be limited to the first 10 high school athletes who sign up. This course has a minimum age requirement of 14 years old.
